Crafted as the most distinguished single-origin in the Bloom Series, Lumen Bloom showcases a medium roast that preserves and elevates the bean’s natural clarity. Its refined, fruit-forward character opens with vivid notes of green apple and ripe blueberry, carried by a gentle grape-like sweetness. Graceful acidity and a soft, syrupy texture unfold slowly into a long, elegant finish layered with brown sugar and cocoa. Designed for those who appreciate purity, brightness, and precision in premium home brewing.
Finca La Palta, managed by producer Ysidro Banda, rests in the Churinos region of San Ignacio in Peru’s Cajamarca highlands. This certified-organic, one-hectare farm is home to around 5,000 coffee trees, surrounded by a rich landscape of native forest and diverse wildlife.
The harvest runs from May to November. Cherries are washed three times in fresh water within the first 24 hours after picking, then dried slowly on raised beds for 20–30 days. Ysidro and his family are deeply committed to elevating the quality of their coffees, continually refining their processes and caring for the long-term health of their trees and farm environment.
