If you need to return an item purchased through our online store, please contact us at tom@coffeecompanyhada.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Once we’ve been notified, you’ll have an additional 14 days to send the item back to us.

UK orders usually arrive within 2–4 working days. You will receive a dispatch notification as soon as your parcel has been handed over to the courier.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Yes. We roast in small batches and aim to dispatch as quickly as possible so your coffee reaches you at its best.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we may be able to amend or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll help.

Because coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns once bags have been opened. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll put it right.
