We partner with Royal Mail for all UK deliveries.
At checkout, you’ll be able to select the shipping option that works best for you.
UK Shipping Options
Royal Mail 1st Class (24-hour delivery): £4.80
Royal Mail 2nd Class (up to 1kg): £3.70
Free standard UK delivery on orders over £25
Order Dispatch Times
Orders placed between Monday and Friday before 3pm are packed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 3pm on Friday, or over the weekends/holidays, are shipped the following working day.
About Royal Mail Deliveries
Royal Mail delivers between 7am and 7pm using a non-tracked service.
Standard delivery usually arrives within 48 hours, but this is not guaranteed and may take up to 7 days during busier periods.
Royal Mail does not accept delivery notes (e.g. requests to leave with neighbours), and we’re unable to specify an exact delivery time. While their service is generally reliable, occasional delays can happen. If your order is taking longer than expected, please get in touch and we’ll assist however we can.
Missing Orders
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please email us at tom@coffeecompanyhada.com with your order number and we’ll look into it immediately.

Payments
All online payments are securely processed through Stripe.
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, with additional payment options such as PayPal and Apple Pay coming soon.
Delivery Time
Royal Mail 2nd Class aims to deliver within 2-3 working days, though delays can occasionally happen during peak periods.
Tracking
Standard 2nd Class parcels include delivery confirmation but not full end-to-end tracking. If you prefer a fully tracked service, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot replace orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.
