Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we’re always here to help if something isn’t quite right.
If you need to return an item purchased through our online store, please contact us at tom@coffeecompanyhada.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Once we’ve been notified, you’ll have an additional 14 days to send the item back to us.
Please note that items purchased online cannot be returned to our physical shops.

Coffee
Whole-bean coffee can be returned within 14 days if the bag is completely unopened and still sealed. Once opened, coffee is considered perishable and cannot be returned unless the product is faulty.
Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Equipment & Merchandise
Items such as brewers, grinders, or accessories may be returned provided they are unused and in their original packaging. If products are returned with signs of wear or missing components, a deduction may be applied.
Faulty Goods
If you believe an item is damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right. Faulty items are eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Return Shipping
For non-faulty items, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Please retain proof of postage until your return has been processed.
