The Rebero lot is a special selection from the 633 farmers who deliver their coffee to the Kinini washing station. It comes only from trees grown on north-facing slopes at 1,973 metres above sea level and higher, where the altitude helps develop complex flavours and a bright character. Every cherry arrives at the washing station by 4pm on the day it’s picked, then it’s fermented, pulped, fermented again and soaked before drying. All that care shows in the cup: bright, crisp and beautifully clear.
