In 2004, 464 women coffee farmers in Peru joined forces with OPTCO to create the world’s first coffee produced exclusively by women. It sparked the global Café Femenino® movement, which now supports thousands of women across nine countries through direct ownership, fair trade and community development. Despite facing discrimination and limited resources, these women built confidence, leadership and lasting change.

In the cup, it’s a smooth, medium-bodied Peruvian coffee with notes of milk chocolate, caramel and red apple, rounded off by a soft, mellow acidity.
