Ethiopian Yirgacheffe - Reserve

This coffee comes from Yohanes Ageze’s 4 hectare farm in Idido, in Ethiopia’s famous Yirgacheffe region. Yohanes and his family handpick only ripe, red cherries and process them right there on the farm. Each cherry is sorted by hand before being laid out on raised beds to dry for 14 days. It’s grown without chemical fertilisers, the way coffee has been farmed here for generations. Ethiopia is known as the birthplace of coffee, and this is a wonderful example of what Yirgacheffe does best.

Every coffee has its own colour. In the Palette Series, each blend and single origin is paired with a shade that captures its character, whether warm and comforting, deep and rich, or bright and vibrant. Let the colours guide you to your next favourite, from everyday staples to more refined, premium cups.

A collection of coffees told through colour, where every shade reflects the flavours in your cup. From dark roasted espresso blends to light roasted single origins, each coffee comes with its own colour and tasting notes, so choosing your next bag feels as natural as it is enjoyable.

The Palette Series was created to make coffee easier to explore. Alongside our written tasting notes, each coffee is paired with a colour palette that captures its character at a glance: deeper tones for rich, chocolatey blends, warmer hues for sweet and rounded cups, and brighter shades for fruity, floral single origins. It’s a visual way to taste before you brew.

Our selection spans the coffee world, from full-bodied premium espresso blends to vibrant single origins from Africa, South and Central America, India and beyond. Whatever your mood or brewing method, the colours guide you towards the coffee that suits your moment, turning your daily cup into a small ritual, a pause to rest, recharge and enjoy.
